NYLA Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

NYLA Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides professional lash and brow services, beauty training, and workshops within Sydney, NSW. By booking an appointment or enrolling in a NYLA course, clients (“you”, “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked via our official booking system or approved NYLA contact channels.

  • A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., $35] is required to secure your appointment or class.

  • The deposit will be applied to your final balance at the time of service or training.

  • Appointment times are approximate; please arrive at least 10 minutes early for consultation and preparation

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service value.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in denial of future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.

5. Health & Safety

  • Please notify us of any allergies, eye sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns before your appointment or training session.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may interfere with results or safety.

  • NYLA follows NSW Health and industry hygiene standards — including sanitisation of tools, disposable applicators, and professional-grade adhesives and pigments.

6. Patch Tests

  • Patch tests are available upon request and recommended for new clients or students using lash or brow products.

  • It is your responsibility to request a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

7. Results & Aftercare

  • Results vary depending on natural lash/brow type and aftercare.

  • You will receive full aftercare instructions following your service or training.

  • NYLA is not responsible for reactions, irritation, or premature lash loss if aftercare instructions are not followed.

8. Educational Courses & Workshops

  • Course fees must be paid in full prior to commencement unless otherwise arranged.

  • Deposits for education bookings are non-refundable.

  • NYLA provides training materials, certificates of completion, and professional guidance but does not guarantee future employment or business outcomes.

  • Course content, materials, and techniques remain intellectual property of NYLA and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

  • With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos of your lashes or brows for portfolio and social media use.

  • You can request not to have your images shared publicly at any time.

9. Photography & Marketing

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Promotional discounts or offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • “Tag us in your selfie” or referral offers may have expiry or usage conditions — please contact us for details.

10. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • We value your privacy and comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
    All client information is stored securely and never shared without consent.

11. Privacy

  • NYLA Artistry is not liable for any reactions or outcomes resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or aftercare neglect.

  • Clients assume all responsibility for the accuracy of information provided during consultation.
